Nestor and I are full time agents and own our brokerage where Nestor is the broker/owner. I was first licensed back in the early 80's and Nestor was licensed in the early 90's. Together we make a great team. When we each first started in real estate we had great mentors. In fact, the first company that I went to work for in California I had a mentor for the first year. It was the company policy that all new agents had to be mentored by one of the top producing agents in the office. I will never forget this elder lady who taught me by her example about not just on servicing clients but on working on income producing activities. She had a saying, " THE POWER IS IN THE LISTING". That saying has stayed with me all of these years.
We are a busy team and work in real estate full time. We are short sale agents and niche in expired listings. We walk out talk. As parents of 9 children, we have to be on our toes and know not just on how to delegate but also how to measure results. I gave birth to 6 of the children. Nestor and I have one little one together. We homeschool our children also.
Coaching and inspiring others to reach their full potential is my passion. We have helped agents create the success they never thought was possible.
